Regulatory Chambers are those responsible for establishment, administration, and compliance of Chambers. Regulatory Chambers primarily facilitate trade business between Chambers and Israeli businesses. Regulatory Chambers include International Continental and National Chambers of Commerce. Functional Chambers focus on trade, business, business of members and administration of their own Chamber. Functional Chambers include City\/Community, State\/County\/Province Chambers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INTERNATIONAL Chamber<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The International Chamber is the apex Chamber with the responsibility to coordinate all the AICC activities on all levels. (International -; Continental-; National-; Regional-; and City\/Community Chambers, Israel and the Diaspora.) The International Chamber is a regulatory Chamber. The International Chamber shall liaise with other Chambers of Commerce with similar objectives in the overall interest of the AICC. The International Chamber brokers business relationships between all Chambers and Israel and regulates these relationships.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONTINENTAL Chamber<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Continental Chamber is a regulatory Chamber. It oversees the AICC affairs on the African continent excluding the International and the Diaspora.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NATIONAL Chamber<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The National Chamber of a country is a regulatory Chamber that oversees State\/County\/Province Chamber activities and takes responsibility for all the AICC activities within the Country. The National Chamber is responsible for registration and compliance of all Chambers within the country. The National Chamber is accountable to the Continental- and International Chamber.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STATE\/COUNTY\/PROVINCE Chamber<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>State\/County\/Province Chambers are functional Chambers. These Chambers source for business for their members and are directly responsible for the development of businesses of members. They are equally responsible for the administration of their own Chambers. State\/County\/Province Chambers are accountable to their National Chamber.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMMUNITY\/CITY Chamber<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Community\/City Chambers are functional Chambers. He is a Visiting Assistant Professor at North Carolina Central University (NCCU) School of Law.Kebede Brown became a faculty member in the law school in fall of 2019. He teaches Civil Procedure, Legal Letters (International Law), Legal Research and Analysis, and Legal Research and Persuasion. His research focus is international law and Pan-Africanism. Previously, Brown served as the NCCU Prelaw Advisor and Director of the University Honors Program. Prior to entering academia, Kebede Brown served as policy counsel at both the North Carolina Institute of Minority Economic Development and the Centre for Responsible Lending, where he advocated for consumer protection laws aimed at reducing predatory subprime lending and rising student debt. Brown earned his bachelor\u2019s degree from NCCU and his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.As a law student, he received the Dean of Students Community Leadership Award and served on both the International Law Journal and the Black Letter Law Journal. An industry astute Kingdom entrepreneur with an impeccable record in the establishment of businesses from Etel, a telecommunications company focusing on prepaid solutions, Pixal Communications Africa which exploits telecom opportunities in the continent to the multiple award winning Yarona FM\u00a0 and recently, crafting the turnaround strategy for the newly acquired advertising giant Horizon Ogilvy and Mather, and newly established YHM Outdoor. By having a good eye for opportunities and investing in ambitions and nurturing potential, he has been involved in multiple projects of great influence and significance such as re-branding Vista Cellular to Orange Botswana and spearheading Exponential a $10 million project that has changed the Gaborone skyline. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer who trained in Nigeria, the UK and France.He is the CEO of Yves Bee Ltd., an Engineering Consultancy Firm which has successfully completed several Engineering projects funded by the World Bank, European Union, African Development Bank, Unicef, Federal Government of Nigeria, Niger Delta Development Commission, National Integrated Power Projects, Cross River State Government of Nigeria and Private Entities. Yves Bee Ltd. was declared winner: Best Dam, Water &amp; EIA Consulting Firm 2012 by Institute for Government Research &amp; Leadership Technology under the African Governance &amp; Corporate Leadership Awards 2012.In the year 2006, the Cross River State Government of Nigeria presented Engr. Bassey an award with the citation \u201cA foremost Engineer with unblemished Public Service career\u201d.He is a Former General Manager, Cross River State Water Board, former Chairman of the Governing Council of the Federal Polytechnic, Mubi, Adamawa State, Nigeria and currently sits on the Board of some private companies. He has publications to his credit.Engr. Bassey is a committed Christian and an Elder of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria.
